I used to be in the porn industry.. We would get put on a stringent diet, with lots of nuts, wholegrains, and fruit. Don’t eat red meat, that makes it worse. Most porn actors are vegetarians. Also taking supplements that contain L-arginine, horny goat weed, maca root, and yohimbe bark also will increase sperm count, which will make you shoot farther.
