    1) As semen is made up of mostly seminal fluid, an obvious thing to do is to drink lots of fluid. When your body is well hydrated, it will be able to work more efficiently and this in turn will help in semen production. Drink lots of fluid everyday.

    2) Live a healthy lifestyle free of toxics and fats. Doing regular exercises and keeping fit encourages better blood circulation which will help in increasing semen volume. Smoking is a no-no while excessive drinking is also bad. Stick to a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition for better semen production

    Foods rich in zinc – oysters, lamb, turkey, barley, wheat, beans, nuts, red meat, pumpkin seeds
    Vitamins C, E, B12 – for antioxidant properties and sperm production
    L-arginine, L-cartinine (amino acids) – spinach, seaweed (spirulina), poultry, sesame seeds, tuna, turkey, egg whites
    Water – avoid frequent dehydration

    I used to be in the porn industry.. We would get put on a stringent diet, with lots of nuts, wholegrains, and fruit. Don’t eat red meat, that makes it worse. Most porn actors are vegetarians. Also taking supplements that contain L-arginine, horny goat weed, maca root, and yohimbe bark also will increase sperm count, which will make you shoot farther. It wont happen over night, just stick with the plan and you’ll probably start noticing a difference in a week or two. Those supplements you can find at GNC or any drugstore.
