fruits (ANY really) like blackberry’s blueberry’s strawberrys, apples etc
too many nuts arent good for u coz they make ure skin go oily
heaps of water REEEEEALLY helps, i started drinking more water and my skins cleared up heaps, water really is one of the best things for good skin
foods with vitamin A B and C are essential as is low-fat dairy products
oh and proteins (meat is a good source)
overall, i spose anything natural is good, and try to stay away from refined foods or takeout

Fruit, Veggies and Lots of Water for good skin! I swear by this. It flushes out toxins and keeps your complection nice and glowing. FOr hair and nail growth you can get vitamin suppliments that can target this directly but protein and calcium are apparently good…
