they say you you need 1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight. now the best you could do to uptake your protien is to eat a lot. breakfast have egg whites, loaded with a lot of protien, even if you cant make egg whites, regualar eggs are just fine. lunch if you go to school have a turkey sandwich if they provide that, if not make it yourself turkey has a lot of protien in it too, i use to have 2 turkey sandwiches everyday at lunch when i was in highschool. dinner have chicken steak or fish. its common sense man, just up your protien in your food and you will be good. if your trying to gain muscle mass, your doing way to much cardio. and a half hour of working out usually wont do you any good either. i have a good workout in an hour and 15 mins. then i run for 25 mins. if the shake is reall that unbearable, put it in a blender with milk and add the fruit of your choice, with vanilla you can pretty much use any fruit you want. hope this helped

Bro I hear ya! Most brand name whey protein suck!!!! what you should do is get a pure whey protein and make yum yummy smoothies. here are several youtube recipes you should try out. These are so good I could eat 1000 grams per day!!
