    you don’t have to completely change your diet… but if you’re not willing to work for it there’s nothing really you can do. You gotta give your body a reason to change. Try listening to music when you run. Thats what started me off.

    get up every morning at 6 tried to exercise for 30 mins , reduced 30 % of your meal and tried to have two meal a day , breakfast and dinner , supper for noon and evening , exercise before bed at everynight , it’s not natural but, it’s the simplest way , you just have to wait for 2 weeks and see what happen , tell me when it work ,

    Just keep reading about the benefits of weight loss and the negatives of obesity until you’re ready to make yourself uncomfortable to achieve thin-ness. If you’re not ready to suffer some small amount of discomfort (such as feeling increased hunger, or a small amount of muscle aches), then you’re not going to achieve much.

    Remember when you were studying for school? You had to suffer some discomfort to get good grades, right? Same with any goal.

    However, it’s not all bad:

    1. You can walk outdoors if you’re in the N hemisphere now, because it’s spring, and you’ll have months of waking time before it gets cold again. Or find the local pool and go swimming a lot. It’s fun and it works.

    2. You can start sipping a K2O drink every day to stave off hunger in between meals (this drink mix stops hunger because it has a small amount of protein and fiber in it).

    3. You can start pre-measuring your foods before you cook them, and only cook one serving of food at a time. Tell everyone else they have to make their own meals. Here’s a simple recipe:

    1/3 cup (dry) elbow macaroni
    1/2 cup Classico (or whatever you like)spaghetti sauce
    2 frozen meatballs

    Boil small amount of water, cook macaroni.

    Measure spaghetti sauce with measuring cup, and pour over frozen meatballs in your serving dish.

    Cover the meatballs mixture and microwave for 1:30.

    Mix all ingredients and serve.

    Have a banana for dessert (or some other fruit you love - maybe a bunch of grapes, or some strawberries?).

    4. Chew gum after meals. And drink water. It really helps stop the urge to keep eating.

    - carrot sticks and celery sticks plus any light dressing you like (substitute this for most of your snacks)

    - bananas or any other fruit you like that lasts, such as grapes or apples

    7. Consider starting your diet out on the right foot by joining a major weight loss strategy like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or Nutrisystem. Personally Nutrisystem works best for me, but you might find that another one is best for you.

    Just keep reading and keep trying. You will succeed, but it may take longer than you thought. The important thing is to keep having faith in yourself. You have the will, it just needs motivation.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

    How about this….
    Try drinking a large glass of ice water prior to eating meals. The cold will cause your stomach to slightly shrink, then when you eat, you will feel fuller faster. You may find yourself eating less. Are you a Seinfeld fan? Well, there is an episode were Jerry’s friend George is getting out of a cold swimming pool, the cold caused shrinkage to “little George”, LOL, similar principle. Also, you may try reducing your intake of caffeine. Caffeine contributes to the increase of insulin in our bodies, which can slow down the burning of our stored fat.
