Do you mean Giardia? You should seek the care of a pediatrician. That is a specific parasite that requires certain antibiotics.

I have used products before from for myself and my daughter. They make a liquid for children called “Paranil Jr.” that is for parasite removal. She had had many months of stomach pain and bowel problems that we just coulnd’t solve. Our doctor said the next step would be a barium test! Those are parasites and they need to be treated with antibiotics. Bring the child to a pediatrician.
